Terms and Conditions:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, acceptance of these terms and conditions creates a binding agreement between you and apollo:
- This Sales Offer (“Offer”) is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (“ATL”) which allows a purchaser of an ATL’s tyre (“Customer”) during the promotion period effective from 1st September, 2023 till 27th January, 2024 (“Offer Period”) to get free registration for any race category of the upcoming Kolkata Marathon sponsored by Apollo Tyres Ltd., on 4th February, 2024 (“Marathon”) organized by NEB Sports Entertainment Private Limited ("NEB”).
- The Offer is valid for Customers who purchase any tyre from the authorised distributor of ATL during the Offer Period.
- The Offer entitles the Customer to receive a coupon code ("Registration Code”) which can be redeemed on NEB’s website for free registration for any category of the upcoming Marathon, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
- To participate in the Offer, Customers must complete the following steps:
- Purchase a tyre from the authorized distributor of ATL during the Offer Period.
- Upload the purchase invoice issued by the authorized distributor on the designated form provided by ATL related to this Offer.
- Provide accurate and valid contact information in the above- mentioned form.
- Purchases made before or after the Offer Period will not be eligible for the Offer.
- The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned purchase invoice uploaded on the said form is clear, legible, and shows the relevant details, including the purchase date, tyre model, and the Customer's name. Customer’s information as provided via the said form will be subject to ATL’s internal privacy policy.
- ATL reserves the right to validate the purchase by verifying the uploaded purchase invoice. The Customer understands and agrees that ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes.
- Once the purchase has been validated by ATL, the Customer will receive a Registration Code for the Marathon. This Registration Code will be shared with the Customer via the contact information provided in the form.
- The Registration Code is non-transferable and can only be used by the Customer who made the qualifying purchase as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Sharing the Registration Code with others or attempting to sell or transfer the same is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Offer.
- . The Customer must follow the registration instructions provided by the Marathon organizers NEB to complete the registration process. ATL is not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur during the registration process or any discrepancies related to the Marathon.
- The Customer understands and acknowledges that participating in the Marathon is subject to the terms and conditions set by the Marathon organizers NEB. Any disputes or claims related to the Marathon must be addressed directly with the organizers NEB and are not the responsibility of ATL.
- ATL reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the Offer, the Customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
- These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice.
